Connectthroughsport.

Coacta is the all-in-one platform for individual athletes and the groups they sport with — clubs, teams, and establishments — so coordinating a session is as easy as showing up.

Individual coordination

Post the session you plan to do

A few taps turn an idea into a plan people can actually answer. Friends, a handful of people, a whole group, or anyone nearby — the circle is yours to set every time.

  1. Fill in what matters

Pick the sport and the form matches it — distance and pace for a run, format and holes for golf, gear and style for climbing.

  2. Choose who sees it

Friends, one group, anyone nearby, or a hand-picked list. Visibility locks on post, so nobody is surprised by who showed up.

  3. Get an answer

RSVPs, comments, and @mentions land as notifications. Nudge the people still deciding without starting a new group text.

  4. Keep your week straight

Everything you posted and joined sits on one calendar. Publish your free windows so friends plan around you instead of guessing.

…or open the feed and find one to join.

Posting is only half of it. Plenty of days you do not want to organize anything — you want to see what is already happening and put your name on it. Group and public activities are also how you find new people to train with.

See what people are doing

Home mixes what your friends posted, what your groups have on, and public sessions near you, for easy discovery of a wide range of activities.

Filter to what you want

Narrow by sport, who posted, and when. Finding a Tuesday evening ride at your pace is a couple of taps, not an endless scroll.

RSVP and you are in

Tap going and you are on the roster. The pace, the route, the meeting spot, and who else is coming are already on the post — there is no thread to catch up on.

All-in-one group coordination

One platform for clubs, teams, and establishments.

Most groups run on a group text, a spreadsheet, a social account, and a lot of goodwill. Coacta collapses that into a single place — with the admin controls a real community needs and none of the busywork.

  • the spreadsheetShared calendar
  • the group textGroup chat
  • the reply-all threadPolls & availability
  • the sign-up formMembership & roles
  • the training appRoutes & workouts

Membership & roles

Public join or a private request queue. Owner, admin, and member roles, so the people running the group have the controls and everyone else just shows up.

A shared calendar

Every session the group posts, on one page, with RSVPs the whole roster can see.

Chat & announcements

Reach the whole roster without starting another thread. Chat for the day-to-day back-and-forth, announcements for the things everyone needs to see.

Polls & availability

Ask which time works and collect real availability from the roster, so the next session is scheduled from what people actually gave you.

A page that feels like yours

Your name, sports, city, color, and banner on a page members recognize. The group gets a front door instead of living inside someone else’s thread.

Discovery nearby

Athletes filter by sport and radius to find groups in town — private ones included. Public groups can be joined on the spot; private ones take a request.

Sports

Meetup for every move.

Coacta covers a wide variety of sports. Each one has tailored fields when you post an activity, so you can include all the useful details — pace, format, surface, gear — instead of a generic invite.

How it works

From intent to a standing crew.

Coacta is not a feed you browse forever. It is a loop: say what you want to do, find who is in, show up, and leave the group easier to gather next time.

  1. STEP 01

    Make a profile

Sports, city, and the details people need to match with you — including sport-specific bits like a golf handicap when you want them.

  2. STEP 02

    Find people and groups

Add friends. Discover clubs, teams, and establishments nearby by sport. Join public groups, or request / enter a code for private ones.

  3. STEP 03

    Post or RSVP

Create an activity with the real details, or join one that already exists. Capacity, comments, and mentions keep the plan current.

  4. STEP 04

Show up, then keep it going

Make it to the session. After that, post the next one or RSVP to someone else’s — that is how the loop stays alive.

Community

The best part of sport is who you do it with.

Coacta is here to get more people out together — friends, clubs, and the ones you haven’t met yet. Less time working out logistics, more time actually in it with them.

Common questions

Still figuring out what this is?

Is Coacta a training log?

No. It is a coordination platform. You can attach routes and structured workouts to a plan, but the point is getting people to the same start, not replacing your training diary.

Do I have to join a club?

No. You can coordinate only with friends, post publicly nearby, or do both. Groups are how communities persist over time, not a requirement to use the app.

Who is it for?

Individual athletes who want partners and groups; clubs and teams that need a roster, calendar, and chat in one place; establishments (gyms, studios, courses) that want a community tied to their location.

What is the difference between a club, a team, and an establishment?

Club is a community. Team is a roster with a coach or captain. Establishment is a place — with address and hours — that people come to train.

Does Coacta host the sessions?

No. Hosts and venues do. Coacta is the coordination layer — read Safety for the assumption-of-risk posture.

When can I get it?

Coacta is on the App Store and Google Play now, and you can sign in on the web at coacta.com/app with the same account.
